Pars Crown proudly presents its premium-quality butter under the Pure Fresh brand, available in two distinctive variants: Lactic Butter and Sweet Cream Butter, crafted with care using pasteurized fresh cream and high manufacturing standards.

 

🔹 Sweet Butter (82% Fat)

Produced from pasteurized cream, with no added preservatives or flavorings. It offers a smooth, uniform texture and natural yellow color, making it ideal for both household and professional culinary use.

Fat: ≥82% | Moisture: ≤16% | Melting Point: 28–34°C | Free from additives, with clean dairy flavor and aroma.

 

🔹 Lactic Butter

Enriched with natural lactic fermentation notes, this butter provides a subtle tang and creamy texture, perfect for pastry chefs and food manufacturers looking for authentic European-style butter.

 

Packaging: 25 kg carton with PE inner liner

Shelf Life: 18 months at -18°C
